Orders & shipping
Where do orders ship from?
We work directly with the pickleball brands we carry, so your order ships straight from the brand's own warehouse. That's how we can offer the full range from REV, ARTI, Warping Point, 4Joy, GatorStrike and more.
Why did my order arrive in more than one package?
If your order includes items from different brands, each brand ships its part separately. You'll get a tracking email for every package.
How long does shipping take?
It depends on the brand and your location. Shipping options, costs and estimated delivery times for your address are shown at checkout, and you'll get tracking as soon as each package ships.
Where do you ship?
We ship to the United States and Canada. Available shipping options for your address are shown at checkout.
How do I track my order?
Every package gets a tracking link by email as soon as it ships. Can't find it? Check your spam folder or email us at support@picklesportsco.com with your order number.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email support@picklesportsco.com as soon as possible with your order number. Because brands ship quickly, we can't change or cancel an order once it has shipped.
Returns
Can I return something?
Yes. Our Returns & Refunds policy explains what can be returned and how. Please email us before sending anything back: items go back to the brand, so we'll send you the right return address.
My item arrived damaged or isn't what I ordered.
Sorry about that! Email support@picklesportsco.com with your order number and a photo, and we'll make it right.
Paddles & gear
Which paddle should I choose?
New to the game? A fiberglass paddle set is forgiving and comes with everything you need. Playing a few times a week? Look at carbon fiber paddles: control paddles (thicker cores, around 16mm) help with dinks and resets, while power paddles (thinner cores, around 13–14mm) hit harder from the baseline. Heavier paddles add drive and stability; lighter ones are quicker at the kitchen line.
Are your paddles USA Pickleball approved?
Most of the paddles we carry are approved for sanctioned play, and when a paddle is, it's noted in its name or product description. If you play in tournaments, check the product page or ask us before you buy.
Indoor or outdoor balls?
Outdoor balls are harder with smaller holes, so they fly true in the wind. Indoor balls are softer with bigger holes. You'll find both in Balls.

How do I get $10 off my first order?
Join the Pickle Sports Co club with the sign-up form on our site, and you'll get code WELCOME10: $10 off your first order of $100 or more. One use per customer.
Do you have gift ideas?

What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards, Shop Pay, Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. Checkout is handled securely by Shopify.
